These comprehensive, worldwide plans can be customized to meet your international lifestyle and budget, when living or working abroad for six months or more. Carriers offer a range of benefits as well as travel resources varying from concierge services to mobile networks.

This type of coverage is best for:

• Citizens of all countries who are living or working abroad for six months or more, traveling frequently between countries or maintaining multiple countries of residence
• Expatriates, international executives, diplomats, students, contractors, entertainers and other longer-term international travelers

Global Citizen This major medical plan has an unlimited lifetime maximum and gives you the option to define your deductible, pick your prescription drug level, and choose your doctor or hospital anywhere in the world in or out of HTH's elite provider network. Coverage available globally or, for coverage excluding the US, choose the Global Citizen EXP. US citizens and US permanent residents living abroad and legal residents of the US (citizens and foreign nationals) up to age 75 are eligible. Can be kept upon return home. Optional prescription, dental and vision coverage available.
Citizen Secure This annually renewable major medical plan is an affordable option available to individuals around the world who are outside their home country. CitizenSecure offers comprehensive medical coverage up to age 75, with an option to include or exclude coverage within the US and Canada. $5,000,000 lifetime limit with maternity, mental health, and wellness benefits. Optional Dental and Term Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance are also available for purchase with each plan.
Global Medical Insurance Flexible, annually renewable, worldwide medical insurance program for US citizens up to age 75 who are living or working abroad and foreign nationals outside their home country. Four unique plan designs with optional term life insurance, maternity, terrorism, sports coverage. All four plans offer a full range of benefits suited for individuals and families. There are two coverage area options -- worldwide or worldwide excluding the US and Canada. Choice of $5,000,000 or $8,000,000 lifetime maximum limits.
Reside Worldwide Medical Provides long-term health coverage for international citizens up to age 75 who want US-style health insurance benefits but don't actually live in the United States. The overseas medical insurance plan provides home country coverage covers someone in their home country and protects while living abroad. $5,000,000 lifetime limit. Cannot be in the US more than 6 months out of a 12 month period.
